Customers can download a free app for iPhone or Android and use it to put songs and music videos into the playlist. Requests are limited to a few per visit so no one customer dominates the experience.
You are always in control. A special Management version of the app allows you to easily change playlists, skip customer requests which don't fit the vibe, and put up promotional messaging easily. You can limit the scope of music choices in the library or you can disable requests and let auto-play continue to shuffle.
